Excused For Absence Forms

EFA is shortened as "Excused For Absence", or in other words, "Escape From Garden". In which, that, you will request a form and it will be reviewed. No need to wait for an approval by the admin/mods. All you need to do is simply, fill out the provided information provided and shorten the description of where you will be to two sentences. (I am not looking for a complete detailed...event or anything) Blah Blah Blah!

Anyways, below is a few examples, then the description of the lines that everyone will need to fill out. There are no specific rules. The only rule I suggest following is, letting us know 1 week prior to the time of your departure.
One last thing..YOU as an individual are responsible for missed work. Meaning, it's up to you to know what you can handle, despite the activity, role-play, events, etc. make time work for yourself and maybe others. The max limit I can allow for vacation is a month. If two months go by without your presence you will receive a message. If three months go by and yet you are not around..your account will be investigated until further notice...

May not be a long list...but from here on out your activity is relied on you and you only...From this point on, everyone must post their request here. Fail to do so, you will receive a warning!
